Delivery and Returns

Delivery Policy

Your order will be sent within 3 working days after your order has been paid and processed. Any items made to order or out of stock will be listed on our website. Please see product description for these items.

Delivery times:
AUSTRALIA - Standard shipping can take 5-6 working days. Express shipping is available at an additional cost and takes approximately 3-5 days.

EVERYWHERE ELSE - We currently ship to New Zealand, United States, Canada, Hong Kong and most of Europe. Standard shipping can take at least 6-10 working days. Express shipping is available at an additional cost and takes approximately 5 days. All times are a guide only. All custom costs including import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Please note that it is not possible to make a delivery to a PO Box.

It is possible to cancel your order if it hasn’t been sent. Contact us immediately and we will see what we can do.

If you, for some reason, need to change your order once it has been submitted, including changing the color of a product, removing an item or changing the delivery address, please contact us immediately.

Returns Policy

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days has gone since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. As such we highly recommend you try on your item as soon as they arrive. Please note that all products are quality checked against defects before shipping.

Refunds are only available for products that are damaged. In this instance please contact us via info@minimahandcrafted.com immediately upon receipt of your item.

Exchanges:

We do not accept exchange on our bags.
We only accept exchanges on our sandals for a different size. We do not accept exchange on change of mind.

Receiving a refund/exchange:

Exchanges/refunds are only processed upon receipt of returned merchandise and are based on stock availability.

All products must be returned in their original packaging and the packaging cannot be broken. Otherwise it will not be possible to process your exchange/refund.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your refund is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Sale items: 

Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged.

Shipping:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse. Please ensure you pack the return safely to prevent any damage to the products or boxes.

Please note it can take up to 14 days for us to receive your return, depending on which postal service you use. Once we have received the returned products, we will inspect them and process the refund within 48 hours.

 

Important Information

Items returned to us must be in perfect condition.
Make sure products are exactly as you received them.
All sandals must be tried on a carpeted surface until you decide to keep them.
